Train the Trainer Program

Clean Tech Institute offers an advanced training program for engineers, technical managers and professionals who wish to embark on a rewarding career of training others in the clean tech industries.

The training program is a 8 week program consisting of 2 parts:

Part I is a 4 week intensive training:

Areas of Training Focus:

• Photovoltaic: Monday & Wednesday from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday

OR

• Electric Vehicle: Tuesday, Thursday from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday

Part II: is a 4 week practice period enabling the participants to give seminars at the Institute

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred.
• 5 years of industry experience of related field
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills required
• Ability to utilize different methods and mediums in delivering course material
• Experience in organizing and writing reports and presentations of a technical nature
• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-through skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• A positive attitude and proactive team work approach in problem-solving
