Electric Vehicle Technologies & EV Conversion Practice (5 week program)

EVOur 5-week technician course is an introductory course in electric vehicle technologies and electric car conversion practice. The course will cover a variety of topics both through lecture and hands-on training allowing participants to learn about electric car theory and practice. The course will include the development of electric vehicles, electric power train, power inverter systems, system controllers, battery management systems, lithium ion and latest development in nanomaterials batteries technology. Hands-on workshops will include the high voltage vehicle safety, and conversion of a Porsche 944 into an electric car.

There are 3 levels, each will take 5 weeks of learning and hands-on experience. Level 1 is for fundamental knowledge and basic skills. Level 2 is for intermediate and more in-depth studies and practice. Level 3 is an advanced course including research and practice in state-of-the art electric vehicle technologies

Course Requirements:

High school diploma with 7 years of work experience or AA degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of work experience in any industry.
