Cleantech Institute Sponsorship offers a unique opportunity for companies to build awareness and gain access to a target audience of individuals and business that are interested in the electric vehicles either for purchase or for forming potential business relationship.

Cleantech Institute’s  broad range of sponsorship programs provide many ways for sponsoring companies to generate visibility and connect with business leaders, potential partners, vendors and customers in a supply-chain network involved electric vehicle manufacturers, battery suppliers, charging stations, EV components, consultants and other vendors and service providers. 

Depending on a sponsor’s goals and the level of sponsorship, a package of benefits can be designed to target a narrow audience or a broad group and may include event naming and recognition as well as publicity, marketing and promotional opportunities, and complimentary event passes.

Gold Sponsorship $2,000

Gold Sponsors receive special promotion and acknowledgement  including the exclusive 30 minute speaking opportunities, 15 minute presentation and acknowledgement on stage during the Conference Lunch, in addition to :

1. A four-color banner in a prominent location
2. One table exhibit area
3. Sponsor logo on printed pieces
4. Sponsor logo on conference web site
5. 2 Person Full Registration
6. Two-time use of attendee mail list
7. 5 complementary conference passes

Silver Sponsorship $1,000

Silver Sponsors will receive a special 30 minute speaking opportunity in the afternoon. These speaking opportunities include topic and content development and company  promotion. All are offered on a first-come, first-served, basis. Plus:

2. One table exhibit area
3. Sponsor logo on conference web site
4. 2 Person Full Registration
5. One-time use of attendee mail list
6. 5 complementary conference passes

Co-Sponsors/Exhibitors: $500:

Co-sponsors will receive special 15 minute  speaking opportunity in the afternoon. These speaking opportunities include topic and content development and company  promotion. All are offered on a first-come, first-served, basis. Plus:

1. One table exhibit area
2. Sponsor logo on conference web site
3. 2 Person Full Registration
4. 3 complementary conference passes
